How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate closely with professionals to conduct audit missions for diverse, major organizations, working independently while benefiting from the expert advice of experienced colleagues.
• Gain insight into how financial services organizations operate and the economic and industry challenges they face.
• Drive effective and reliable financial and non-financial reporting as a forward-looking auditor with in-depth understanding of business processes and internal controls.
• Develop expertise in financial services regulations, such as AMLO-FINMA, and support organizations in meeting evolving regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regulatory audits that identify compliance gaps, assess control effectiveness, and drive remediation strategies to ensure adherence to supervisory expectations and industry standards.
• Bring fresh ideas and pioneer thinking to the forefront early in your career, contributing to the shaping of future offerings.
• Develop people early in your career and build a broad professional network.
• Follow a clear, long-term career path and receive first-class training for professional development, including support to qualify as a Swiss Certified Public Accountant (Swiss CPA).

What You Bring to Succeed

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration or Economics, ideally with a specialization in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or Controlling.
• Previous internship or work experience is preferred.
• Excellent analytical competencies and a strong interest in understanding the world of banking and finance.
• A passion for solving complex challenges in a team, with an interest in the financial market, innovation, and transformation, including data analytics.
• A keen willingness to learn and complete further education to become a Swiss CPA at EXPERTsuisse.
• Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French or Italian is a plus.
• A curious and courageous mindset.
