Lead Pricing, Underwriting, and Operational Excellence

Drive the strategic direction of the pricing and underwriting function while overseeing the effective day-to-day operation of the Bermuda office. This role is pivotal in managing the local team, coordinating delivery across functions and service providers, and supporting senior leadership in executing approved strategy, business plans, and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the pricing and underwriting function to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• Oversee the effective day-to-day operation of the Bermuda office.
• Manage the Bermuda-based team to foster productivity and alignment.
• Coordinate delivery across various functions and external service providers.
• Support the Group Director, executive management, and the Board in executing approved strategy and business plans.
• Ensure compliance with and execution of regulatory obligations.
