Join an International Pharmaceutical Company in Ticino, Switzerland

We are seeking a seasoned professional to step into a pivotal role within a dynamic global environment, where ethics, integrity, and regulatory compliance are paramount to our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and continuously enhance the company's Ethics & Compliance framework.
  • Ensure alignment with Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABAC), data privacy, and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
  • Develop, update, and maintain compliance policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal procedures.
  • Manage third-party due diligence and support compliance monitoring activities.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide support for internal investigations as necessary.
  • Offer compliance guidance to cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Commercial, Regulatory, and Market Access.
  • Ensure compliant interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Healthcare Organizations (HCOs), and other external stakeholders.
  • Deliver compliance training and contribute to cultivating a strong ethical culture within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or a related field; compliance certification is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance matters, including ABAC, data privacy, and industry codes such as EFPIA, IFPMA, FCPA, and UK Bribery Act.
  • Experience in compliance monitoring, internal investigations, policy implementation, and third-party due diligence.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural setting.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian is highly advantageous.
