Join an expanding Retail and Leisure operator to oversee all investment projects across a regional property portfolio. This varied role encompasses asset management, capital investment projects, repairs and maintenance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for protecting and enhancing asset value while ensuring sites remain safe, compliant, and fit for purpose.

• Manage all investment projects across the regional property portfolio
• Oversee asset management and capital investment initiatives
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities
• Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations
• Engage with key stakeholders to drive project success
• Protect and enhance asset value while maintaining site safety and fitness for purpose

Required Experience

• Commercially minded Construction Project Management professional
• Experience managing multi-site portfolios
• Proven track record of delivering investment or refurbishment projects
• Background in hospitality, leisure, retail, or other operational property environments is advantageous
