Lead Strategic Initiatives in Private Banking

Key Responsibilities

• Structure and steer Compliance, Risk, and Front Office workstreams, including integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and budgets.
• Support the program manager in executing program governance.
• Ensure consistency between regulatory requirements and changes to Front Office processes and systems.
• Manage program risks, issues, decisions, and change management.
• Coordinate teams, software vendors, and service providers.
• Identify needs for expertise and propose the activation of the pool.

Required Profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience, including 8 years in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• Experience in at least two transformation programs of similar size.
• Excellent knowledge of the Swiss Framework, including FINMA, AMLA/FINMA, and AMLO.
• Proven track record in program governance and reporting to senior management bodies.
• Fluent in French and professional English.
