Customer Strategy & Design

Join our Customer Strategy team in Zurich to help clients make strategic choices that drive growth and better customer outcomes. Our focus covers the full customer lifecycle, from attracting customers through marketing and sales to serving and retaining them. You will work across these areas to shape recommendations for senior stakeholders, considering where data, digital, and AI can support the strategy. This role offers exposure to industries including Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Banking, and Insurance.

How you can make an impact

• Analyse customer journeys and commercial performance data to identify opportunities across marketing, sales, and service.
• Translate customer and growth strategies into digital product opportunities, clear requirements, and prioritised initiatives.
• Assess how digital channels, customer platforms, and AI use cases could improve customer experiences and business outcomes.
• Work with product, design, and technology teams to shape solutions that meet customer needs and strategic objectives.
• Build business cases and present evidence-based recommendations to senior client stakeholders, linking technology choices to measurable value.

What you bring to succeed

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting or in a strategy, marketing, sales, service, CX, or AI-focused function at a leading corporate organisation, including experience as a (Technical) Product Manager or Business Analyst.
• A university degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or another STEM discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect customer insights, commercial objectives, and digital opportunities.
• Strong technology interest and understanding of digital platforms.
• Experience contributing to customer-facing digital or strategic initiatives and communicating recommendations to business and technology stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, a collaborative mindset, and willingness to travel within Switzerland.

What sets you apart

• Experience in growth strategy, customer segmentation, proposition development, or marketing, sales, or service strategy.
• Experience in functional requirements gathering, user story writing, and digital product definition.
• An understanding of how data, digital, or AI can support customer and commercial objectives.
• Fluency in German or French at C1 level or above, with full working proficiency, is highly preferred.
• Exposure to Life Sciences or Consumer Goods.
