Lead Cyber Strategy and Transformation in Geneva

Join the Cyber practice within Technology & Transformation to play a pivotal role in helping organisations protect what matters most. In this position, you will lead project teams on complex engagements, turning technical findings into clear recommendations for security and IT leaders while building lasting relationships with client teams. You will also contribute to business growth by spotting opportunities on engagements, contributing to proposals, and supporting partners in winning new clients in a market where expertise and credibility make the difference.

How You Can Make an Impact

  • Apply knowledge of client needs and industries to identify relevant cyber risks and develop tailored strategies for navigating those challenges.
  • Take a leading role in supporting clients' large-scale transformational projects, applying security expertise alongside project management experience and social skills.
  • Use innovative thinking to define cost-effective cyber strategies and implementation recommendations by leveraging experience, market knowledge, and an international network of cybersecurity experts.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary and varied set of team members, client stakeholders, and service providers from across the globe.
  • Actively create and manage lasting relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, building on trust as the foundation for business success.

What You Bring to Succeed

  • Intrinsic motivation to take ownership, face challenges, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to grow expertise in cybersecurity.
  • 5+ years of experience in professional services advisory with a deep understanding of cyber strategy and risk management consulting.
  • A proven track record in delivering large-scale cybersecurity projects, both as a subject matter expert and in a project leadership role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, experience in sales, the ability to influence and lead others in an advisory role, and motivation for business development within the cyber space.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, GSTRT, or CISM are considered advantageous, with prior consulting industry experience being essential.
  • Fluency in English and French.
