Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Exhaust Aftertreatment Systems (EATS), overseeing requirements, system design, testing, validation, and the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
- Define technical specifications and requirements for EATS components, ensuring they align with project objectives.
- Plan and coordinate development and validation activities, including test plans, prototypes, calibration maturity, measurements, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate EATS testing on engine test benches and analyze results, driving troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.
- Manage Design Verification Plan and Reporting activities while supporting Quality Gates.
- Act as the technical reference for EATS suppliers and contribute to the definition and maintenance of EATS-related software.
Profile Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in EATS, exhaust systems, or hardware development.
- Experience with DEF dosing systems is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of exhaust aftertreatment systems and catalyst technologies.
- Good understanding of EATS simulation (1D/3D with basic CFD knowledge), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Design Verification Plan and Reporting (DVPnR) methodology.
- Familiarity with measurement and data acquisition systems (CSM, Vector).
