Shape the Future of Cardiac Care

Fueled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, we are developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, and more personalized treatments. As a global market leader in the science and technology of cardiac arrhythmia treatment for more than 30 years, our goal is to ensure those with atrial fibrillation can live the lives they want. Our suite of tools empowers electrophysiologists to personalize their approaches for patients with effective and reproducible workflows, changing what it means to be diagnosed with atrial fibrillation or other cardiac arrhythmias.

Your Role

Join an international and collaborative environment where you can build your product management expertise, work with stakeholders across the region, and help translate business and customer needs into meaningful actions. In this remote role, available across multiple locations within the EMEA region, you will work across markets and functions to support key product and commercial initiatives and contribute to the development of the ICE portfolio. Your unique talents will help patients on their journey to wellness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the EMEA ICE onboarding programme for new commercial team members, including schedules, faculty, learning modules, pre-work, practical sessions, and completion tracking.
  • Bring together appropriate internal experts, clinical specialists, and external faculty to deliver a coherent learning pathway across EP and Structural Heart ICE.
  • Partner with the Education Lead, ProfEd, ComEd, Marketing, Sales, and Global teams to align learning objectives, content, and delivery standards.
  • Own the day-to-day administration and content governance of the ICE sales enablement hub in SharePoint and/or Showpad, ensuring materials are current, approved, searchable, and easy for the sales organization to use.
  • Coordinate the upload, tagging, version control, and retirement of sales tools, onboarding materials, playbooks, product resources, and frequently asked questions.
  • Create practical communications and launch plans that drive awareness and adoption of new learning content and sales tools.
  • Maintain the annual education calendar and coordinate invitations, faculty availability, venues, virtual platforms, participant lists, and follow-up materials.
  • Support logistics for EMEA congresses, sales meetings, and educational events, including timelines, speaker coordination, materials, registrations, and on-site readiness.
  • Collect structured learner feedback and platform analytics, and translate findings into improvements to the onboarding pathway and enablement experience.
  • Maintain clear documentation of responsibilities, milestones, risks, and decisions across education workstreams.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in marketing, education, communications, business, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Approximately 3 or more years of relevant experience in commercial education, sales enablement, marketing operations, events, or programme coordination.
  • Strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, contributors, and deadlines.
  • Experience administering SharePoint, Showpad, or a comparable content-management or sales enablement platform.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and confidence working across countries and functions.
  • Ability to travel within EMEA for selected training programmes, internal meetings, and congresses.
  • Experience in MedTech, cardiovascular care, electrophysiology, imaging, or another regulated healthcare environment.
  • Experience coordinating faculty, train-the-trainer programmes, onboarding academies, or blended learning journeys.
  • Familiarity with learning metrics, content governance, and event logistics.
