About Our Surgery Division

Our Surgery team is at the forefront of merging biology and technology, developing advanced, less invasive, and more personalized surgical treatments. We invite individuals who are passionate about enhancing the surgical field to be part of a team dedicated to delivering innovative technologies and solutions to healthcare professionals worldwide. Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and strategic expert to enhance our presence in the market and deliver innovative solutions within our Surgery division. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to our goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned product, technology, and service segments to achieve business objectives.
  • Act as a product owner and expert for designated products.
  • Conduct in-depth market and product performance analysis to effectively manage the product life cycle.
  • Drive profitability through strategic product mix management.
  • Identify industry trends and competitive insights to inform business strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive annual marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Support sales teams and customers through effective product presentations and tailored training.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clinical key opinion leaders and stakeholders to translate needs into opportunities.
  • Coordinate appearances at congresses and events to promote products and facilitate professional education.
  • Collaborate with various national and international teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • University/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing within the medical device sector.
  • Preferably, prior experience in the Surgery or Enabling Technology industry.
  • Experience in other MedTech businesses or within global/regional marketing teams is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and German; proficiency in French and/or Italian is a plus.
  • Location: Zuchwil and Zug, Switzerland with up to 25% travel required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities paired with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in matrix environments.
  • Analytical, strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
