Build Web and Mobile Apps End to End

As an independent, owner-run software agency in Bern, we have been building web and mobile solutions for a wide range of clients since 2017. We are a small team that loves building software, characterized by short lines of communication and quick decisions that allow us to try new things early. In this role, you will deliver software projects for our clients, involved from requirements engineering to deployment. You will independently work out pragmatic solutions that hold up in everyday use, working closely with the project team and clients to bring your technical expertise to the table.

What to Expect

• Deliver software projects for clients, covering the full lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Independently develop pragmatic solutions that are robust in everyday use.
• Collaborate closely with the project team and clients, leveraging technical expertise.

Must-Haves

• Work Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience building web and mobile apps with React, Next.js, or React Native.
• Communication: Fluent German (C1 or higher).
• Education: A degree in computer science from a university or university of applied sciences.

Nice-to-Haves

While we haven't found the perfect unicorn yet, experience with any of the following technologies brings you closer:

• Docker, Vercel, Google Cloud, or other cloud infrastructure.
• PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Payload CMS.
