Property Operations Support

This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the campus, including the maintenance of building infrastructure, grounds, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Perform basic gardening duties on-site
• Repair equipment and appliances as needed
• Provide daily support based on the Property department’s requirements
• Assist with room setups, logistical tasks, and errands
• Perform driving services as needed
• Execute various tasks under the direction of the Property Operations Management and Head of Hotel Services

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment
• Independence and flexibility in handling a variety of tasks
• High level of performance and attention to detail
• Valid Driver's License (Category B)
• Communicative English required; German proficiency is a plus
