HR Operations & HRIS Specialist
Join a well-established international organization to provide hands-on support during a critical year-end period. This temporary assignment plays a key role in ensuring data integrity across HR systems, supporting payroll and variable compensation preparation, and improving HR process efficiency through automation and documentation. It is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented HR professional with strong experience in Workday, time management systems, and HR data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Time & Attendance Management
- Build and structure a reliable database for operational use.
- Track and reconcile extra days worked and recovery days in line with internal policies.
- Support the reconciliation of leave and recovery balances.
- Collaborate with Finance regarding accrual-related matters.
- Consolidate expatriation allowance data.
- Prepare data required for cross-border worker declarations.
- Workday Administration
- Support the transfer of the mid-year review process and objectives into Workday.
- Update and maintain employee records.
- Prepare the system for upcoming HR cycles and annual processes.
- Review employment contracts and complete missing Compensation & Benefits information.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across the platform.
- Variable Compensation
- Assist in the preparation of the annual variable pay process.
- Produce eligibility lists and extract relevant HR data.
- Prepare and maintain supporting files and documentation.
- Process Improvement & Documentation
- Identify repetitive manual tasks and propose practical automation solutions.
- Create clear process documentation and user guides.
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer to the HR team at the end of the assignment.
Your Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, HRIS, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday; exposure to the Compensation module is highly desirable.
- Experience with Kelio or a similar time and attendance management system.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, lookups, pivot tables, and data cleansing.
- Good understanding of Swiss and French working time regulations.
- Familiarity with cross-border employment administration is an asset.
- Fluent in both French and English.
