Enterprise Transformation Opportunity in Energy and Utilities

Join an exciting enterprise transformation project within the energy and utilities sector. This role is based in Arnhem, Netherlands, with a hybrid work model requiring four days onsite and one day remote. The position demands immediate availability for a contract duration of a minimum of six months.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of IFS Cloud, with a specific focus on Field Service Management (FSM) and Planning & Scheduling Optimization (PSO).
• Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
• Configure IFS Cloud to support field service operations, work scheduling, and core business processes.
• Participate in workshops, gap analysis, system testing, and broader implementation activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams on system integration, data migration, and reporting.
• Support integration between IFS Cloud and IBM Maximo.
• Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and drive continuous process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-10 years of relevant ERP and functional consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with IFS Cloud, FSM, and PSO.
• Experience in at least two full-cycle IFS Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of field service management and workforce scheduling processes.
• Knowledge of IFS Aurena and IFS mobile applications.
• Experience in the energy or utilities sector is highly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in Dutch is mandatory, along with proficiency in English.
