Lead Technical Development for a Key Partner

Join a long-term development project with one of our key partners, starting in the second half of October. This primarily remote role is specifically designed for candidates based in Poland, offering the opportunity to drive technical strategy and hands-on engineering within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Demonstrate strong commercial experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Tomcat, SOAP, and SQL
• Provide previous experience as a Tech Lead, including leading small development teams
• Maintain a hands-on development background with the ability to actively contribute to coding activities
• Facilitate code reviews, mentor developers, and manage technical coordination
• Apply a deep understanding of application architecture and technical decision-making
• Work effectively within Agile environments
• Communicate with excellence in both English and Polish
