Position Overview

A dedicated caregiver is sought to provide essential support for a busy family in Bach, Schwyz. This role involves contributing to the nurturing and development of two young boys, aged 4 years and 19 months.

Work Schedule

The commitment entails working three days a week, ten hours each day, with additional overnight or evening support as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage the children in creative and stimulating playtime activities.
• Ensure both children are well-fed and prepared meals that meet their dietary requirements.
• Help establish a consistent and soothing bedtime routine.
• Co-parenting support, particularly during one or two evenings each week when a parent may be traveling for work or other obligations.

Childcare Details

The older son attends daycare three days a week, which presents opportunities for focused care and engagement with the younger child.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a nanny role, specifically with children in this age group.
• Proficiency in English or German is required.
• A valid driver's license is essential to facilitate transportation needs.
