As the business continues to grow and invest in its estate, we are seeking an experienced construction programme leader to help shape and deliver the next phase of its property strategy and network development. Role Overview

You will take ownership of the network-wide property delivery programme, leading a team of Network Property Project Managers. Your scope includes overseeing refurbishment, relocation, expansion, and new-build projects across a diverse national portfolio. You will drive governance, commercial performance, and delivery consistency, ensuring the estate continues to support ambitious growth plans whilst delivering exceptional environments for colleagues, clients, and patients.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Property, you will influence investment decisions, balance competing priorities, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with business objectives.

About You

You will bring experience leading multi-site property, estates, construction, or development programmes at regional or national scale, alongside a track record of managing teams and engaging effectively with senior stakeholders. Commercially astute and operationally credible, you will be comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels within a fast-paced, growing business environment.
