The Ideal Candidate

• Preferred knowledge of Radisson and familiarity with the Emma PMS system
• Enthusiastic and a true team player
• Service-oriented attitude
• A valid residence and working permit for Switzerland
• Proficiency in English and German
• Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and festive days

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address their service needs, expressing genuine appreciation.
• Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
• Handle various payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, and debit/credit transactions.
• Manage check-outs, resolving any late or disputed charges.
• Answer and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Provide guests with directions and information about the property and local attractions.
• Generate daily reports, identify special requests, and ensure accuracy.
• Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system; balance and drop receipts according to accounting specifications.
• Organize end-of-day tasks for completing the night audit accurately.
