Lead Payroll Technology and Workforce Management Solutions

Join a global end client to drive payroll technology and workforce management solutions across Europe, with strategic plans for global expansion. This hybrid role is based in Warsaw and offers the opportunity to lead critical technology deployments and vendor transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead payroll technology deployments and manage vendor transitions.
• Manage payroll service providers and oversee technical delivery.
• Own the product roadmap and maintain the Agile backlog.
• Oversee payroll integrations, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, and go-live processes.
• Support improvements in Time & Attendance (T&A) and Workforce Management (WFM).
• Ensure compliance with European payroll legislation and GDPR.

Key Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise payroll technology or solution delivery.
• Strong experience with Time & Attendance and Workforce Management systems.
• Experience managing payroll providers across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of payroll integrations, Agile delivery, and European payroll requirements.
• Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG/Kronos, ADP, or similar platforms is advantageous.

The initial 6-9 months will be contract-based, with a transition into a permanent position thereafter.
