- Prepare status updates, summaries, and materials for leadership reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in administrative operations, program coordination, or project support roles.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, trackers, and timelines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including meeting documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and advanced Excel.
- Preferred experience with Tableau dashboards, databases, and data analytics to support project tracking and decision-making.
