Your Role

We are seeking a skilled individual to assist in the planning and coordination of small to medium-sized construction projects for one of our key partners in Northern Switzerland. This role involves site improvements such as building extensions, infrastructure works, and shelter installations.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, construction partners, and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution, cost control, and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on construction and infrastructure projects on site.
• Manage project planning, documentation, and reporting.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality aspects.
• Communicate effectively with different departments and external partners.
• Support project meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.

Your Profile

• Degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or similar technical background.
• Initial experience in project coordination or construction management is welcome (internship or first job).
• High motivation to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in German and English (both required for daily communication).
