SAP ECP ABAP Developer Opportunity

Join a large-scale program dedicated to migrating from ECC to S/4 HANA. This full-time, remote role based in the US requires immediate availability and offers a four-month engagement with the potential for extension. The position demands specialized expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and strong ABAP development skills to support critical payroll processes and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Demonstrate proven hands-on experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP), covering configuration, support, and troubleshooting.
• Provide specialized expertise in at least one of the following areas:
  • PTO: Accruals, entitlement calculations, allocation rules, and compliance.
  • US Payroll Taxes: Wage type configuration, tax calculations, and IRS/SSA reporting.
  • Systems Integration: HR-to-payroll replication, benefits, and time and attendance interfaces.
  • Reporting: EPI-USE, custom reporting, defect analysis, and payroll analytics.
• Apply experience with SCA/DBA compliance, including prevailing wage calculations, wage determinations, collective bargaining agreements, and audit reporting within ECP.
• Utilize a strong understanding of payroll processes and US regulatory requirements, including FLSA and IRS guidelines.
• Manage defects through root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution tracking.
• Exercise proficiency in ABAP, including reading, debugging, and modifying payroll-related integrations and reports.
• Apply solid knowledge of SAP ECP architecture, data models, wage types, and SAP development tools.
