Lead End-to-End SAP S/4HANA Integration in Life Sciences

Join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme within the Life Sciences sector to drive end-to-end process integration across SAP workstreams. In this capacity, you will ensure seamless alignment between business processes, functional teams, and third-party systems while acting as the key point of contact for integration-related decisions. Your role involves facilitating collaboration between business stakeholders, process owners, solution architects, and delivery teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end process integration across SAP workstreams to ensure alignment between business processes and functional teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for integration-related decisions, facilitating collaboration among business stakeholders, process owners, solution architects, and delivery teams.
• Lead end-to-end process integration workshops and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Coordinate multiple SAP workstreams and third-party application integrations.

Essential Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Strong cross-functional SAP expertise across areas such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and Master Data.
• Experience on large SAP ERP or S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Proven track record coordinating multiple SAP workstreams and third-party application integrations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Life Sciences or Pharma industry experience.
• S/4HANA Greenfield implementation experience.

Working Arrangements

• Location: Bad Homburg, Germany.
• Hybrid model with 2-3 days onsite per week.
• Language: English.
