PTP Process Consultant

Support an international client in the collection, assessment, and design of PTP processes as part of an SAP S/4 HANA implementation and rollout project. This role focuses on business process consulting without involving customization or technical work on SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a PTP (purchase to pay) Business Process Consultant and serve as a bridge between business, technical, and implementation teams.
• Collect, assess, and process PTP business requirements from business counterparts.
• Provide guidance and solution proposals while supporting the client's S/4 HANA rollouts.
• Lead workshops and explain template solutions.
• Identify gaps and partner with technical teams for the solution design, development, and implementation of new functionalities.
• Create test scripts and training material.
• Manage cutover and hypercare activities.
• Handle internal and external stakeholder management and communication.

Required Qualifications

• Long-term project experience in Business Process and process solution design and delivery.
• Long-term project experience in SAP MM and PTP (purchase to pay) processes.
• Experience in procurement and demand planning.
• Very good knowledge of business processes and relevant technology in Wholesale, Retail, and/or E-Commerce.
• Project experience in international projects for European businesses.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4 HANA project experience.
• Experience in the retail, fashion, or consumer goods industry.
• German language skills.

Project Details

• Start: October.
• Duration: 3 months with an option to extend.
• Workload: 5 days per week.
• Location: Hybrid, with on-site work in Germany approximately 2-3 days per week every other week or for critical workshops and onboarding; the remainder can be done remotely.
