SAP SuccessFactors Service Lead

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to take the helm in overseeing service delivery and governance within a global SuccessFactors environment. This role requires a proactive approach, driving continuous improvement and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete SuccessFactors service delivery process, addressing incidents, changes, releases, and enhancements efficiently.
• Provide solution leadership throughout various SuccessFactors projects and across cross-module designs.
• Oversee integrations utilizing SAP CPI/Integration Suite, Integration Centre, OData, and Compound Employee API.
• Manage testing, releases, deployments, and production support activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with global functional, technical, and business stakeholders to align on service objectives.
• Drive initiatives for service improvement, effective issue resolution, and enhanced platform stability.

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience in leading SAP SuccessFactors services or programs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of multiple modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Talent, Compensation, and Time.
• Robust integration experience within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
• Proficiency with RBP, Business Rules, MDF, and workflows is essential.
• Strong capabilities in service management and experience in engaging with senior stakeholders.
• SuccessFactors certification is considered advantageous.
• Willingness to work onsite in Oxford for two days each week.
