Your Impact

As a key member of the team, you will:

• Advise and implement cloud technology solutions for diverse clients and industries.
• Drive transformation of the HR function by digitalizing the HR environment utilizing leading cloud technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or ServiceNow HR.
• Apply expert knowledge to independently execute high-quality deliverables.
• Align HR functional and technological drivers with business goals to craft tailored action plans.
• Provide quality assurance and advice on HR IT strategies and roadmaps.
• Specialize and obtain certifications in leading HR technology tools.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

• Experience in shaping digital HR strategy and implementing HR cloud technologies (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD).
• Certification in one or more HR cloud technologies.
• Relevant experience in Workday or HR processes, preferably within a consultancy environment.
• A relevant university degree (HR, Business, IT) with strong academic performance.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues and the ability to foster long-term partnerships.
• Experience in M&A projects is a plus.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and German; French is a valuable addition.
