Your Team

Join an enthusiastic and agile Client & Card Management team where your experience as a COBOL developer will be put to great use. In this dynamic environment, you will develop and enhance robust, scalable components for core card applications. Additionally, your expertise in Linux systems will further support our mission. You will play a key role in the ongoing development and maintenance of our application landscape, while also understanding the critical business processes involved in card processing.

Your Role

• Conduct technical analysis of business requirements from various stakeholders and implement these requirements within a modern IT environment.
• Prepare impact analyses and estimates for various projects.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Core Card Management for both internal and cross-application projects.
• Build knowledge of the existing application landscape and leverage this understanding for application extensions.
• Provide third-level support for the Core Card Management area, including on-call duties.

Your Expertise

• Excellent knowledge of CMM products ACI-Issuer and ACI-Interchange.
• Proficient in programming with COBOL and DB2 (SQL).
• Strong experience with ChangeMan and UrbanCodeDeployment.
• Advanced understanding of JCL, Control-M, CICS, VSAM, and z/OS.
• Solid user knowledge of Confluence and Jira.
• Expertise in the application of PCI DSS 4.0 standards.
• Good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Maven, Jenkins, and Git.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to approach and resolve problems effectively.
• Enjoy working independently and proactively within an agile, motivated, and highly competent team.
• Experience in an agile environment, potentially as a ScrumMaster.
• Experience in the financial sector, particularly in the card business, is a significant advantage.
• Language proficiency in spoken and written English (minimum C1) and German (minimum B1).
