Python Developer for AI and Sales Enablement Integration

Join an international client to support the critical integration between an AI tool and their Sales Enablement platform. In this role, you will develop and optimize the integration, providing technical guidance and challenging existing design decisions to drive further development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize the integration between AI and Sales Enablement tools based on technical requirements
• Provide technical guidance and attend meetings and workshops with third-party providers
• Challenge existing design decisions and support further integration development
• Perform bug fixing and support the development of backend services, including potential LLM- and RAG-based solutions

Required Qualifications

• Strong Python development experience
• Strong project experience as a lead or Senior developer
• Experience building APIs, integrations, and data processing components
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, testing, logging, monitoring, and operational support
• Project experience with unstructured data engineering
• Strong project experience with Azure Cloud Service or other Cloud Solutions (Amazon, AWS)
• Basic understanding of AI solutions and willingness to work on AI-enabled applications
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI Solution development and integrations
• Experience with LLMs and RAG

• Location: 100% Remote (nearshore, offshore candidates preferred)
