Your Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, commercially focused individual to take ownership of a well-established or developing market. You will be responsible for recruiting junior to middle-management professionals across South and West Yorkshire and delivering a high-quality, tailored recruitment service.

Market Focus

You will work within the Procurement & Supply Chain market as a complete recruitment consultant in the engineering and manufacturing industry. Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting across a broad range of Procurement and Supply Chain positions.
• Engaging with high-quality professionals from various specializations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs.
• Identify new client opportunities in South and West Yorkshire.
• Sourcing and engaging top-tier Procurement & Supply Chain talent.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess suitability.
• Create compelling job adverts to attract the best candidates.
• Provide regular communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Build a robust candidate network across Procurement, Purchasing, and Supply Chain.
• Achieve and exceed individual targets while contributing to team success.

Your Profile

We are seeking individuals with previous experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within related fields. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Experience in a B2B recruitment environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
