Are you a hands-on scientist who thrives on developing immunogenicity assays and solving technical problems in the lab? This role is designed for professionals who have developed anti-drug antibody or neutralising antibody assays and enjoy figuring out why an assay isn't performing as expected.
Responsibilities
- Lead immunogenicity assay activities from method development through validation, supporting both preclinical and clinical research programmes.
- Independently troubleshoot and optimise assay methods to ensure robust and reliable performance.
- Coordinate and oversee method transfer activities, ensuring successful implementation across laboratory teams.
- Mentor and support junior scientists, helping to develop their technical expertise and laboratory skills.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Hands-on experience developing and validating ADA and neutralising antibody assays using ELISA or MSD.
- A PhD with 3+ years of relevant industry experience, or an MSc with 5+ years.
- Experience working in a regulated lab, with a good understanding of GLP, GCP and bioanalytical method validation.
- The ability to lead assay work, interpret data and explain your findings clearly to project teams and clients.
