ServiceNow SPM Solution Architect

Our client is seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation and further development of ServiceNow SPM modules, including Demand, Project, Resource, Financials, and Agile. This role focuses on the harmonization and optimization of portfolio and project management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops and perform requirements analysis
• Provide oversight of technical implementation and quality assurance
• Manage interface design and alignment
• Advise business and IT stakeholders
• Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices

Required Skills and Experience

• Several years of experience with ServiceNow
• In-depth understanding of the platform, integrations, Flow Designer, and reporting
• Experience in process design for Demand, PPM, and Agile
• Strong communication and architectural skills
• Certifications such as CIS SPM/ITBM, CSA, and ITIL are desirable
