Treasury Specialist (m/f/d) – International Automotive & Technology Group

Support a leading international automotive and technology organisation in the recruitment of a Treasury Specialist to join its European Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional looking to develop their expertise in treasury operations, cash management and financial accounting within a dynamic, international environment. You will join a growing finance function and play an active role in daily financial operations, process improvements and an upcoming implementation.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash operations, cash reporting and bank transactions.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts and cash-in/cash-out plans.
• Coordinate payment processing, bank transfers and account management.
• Support monthly financial closing activities and cross-functional reporting.
• Assist with general accounting activities in accordance with HGB and IFRS.
• Contribute to finance process improvements and the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Support the wider Finance team with operational and administrative activities.

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Ideally 1–3 years of professional experience in treasury, banking, cash management or financial accounting.
• Good understanding of German accounting standards (HGB) and IFRS.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and proactive, with a collaborative approach.
• An advantage, but not essential: Experience with SAP FI or SAP S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with DATEV.
