Key Responsibilities

• Nurture a welcoming environment where upper primary learners feel known, valued, and empowered to explore complex concepts.
• Turn natural student curiosity into meaningful growth through project-based learning (PBL), interdisciplinary approaches, and authentic assessments.
• Support multilingual students and foster intercultural understanding in line with our commitment to global citizenship.
• Build safe, welcoming daily studio and classroom routines that promote emotional wellbeing, student agency, and clear expectations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in upper primary learning environments, including project-based learning, interdisciplinary units, and authentic assessments.
• Deep understanding of upper primary child development, relational learning, and social-emotional growth (SEL).
• Proven ability to establish strong, transparent partnerships with parents regarding student progress and wellbeing.
• Skilled at supporting non-native English speakers (EAL/multilingualism) and celebrating linguistic diversity.
• Relational practitioner focused on inclusive, safe classroom cultures.
• Flexible, adaptive, and collaborative approach to everyday classroom leadership.
