    • Provide practical legal guidance to commercial and operational teams on contractual risks, termination rights, competition law matters, and other commercial issues.
    • Support business stakeholders in balancing legal risk with commercial objectives.
    • Manage contract execution processes, including approval workflows, signatory coordination, and electronic signature platforms.
  • Corporate Governance & Entity Management
    • Oversee corporate governance activities for multiple international entities.
    • Coordinate board and shareholder resolutions, director appointments and removals, powers of attorney, and statutory filings.
    • Manage notarization, legalization, and apostille processes for cross-border corporate documentation.
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and local authorities to ensure compliance with corporate requirements.
    • Support corporate reorganizations, strategic projects, and M&A-related initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Business Partnering
    • Act as a trusted legal advisor to commercial, operational, and functional teams across multiple regions.
    • Advise on regulatory, compliance, privacy, ethics, intellectual property, marketing, and dispute-related matters.
    • Translate complex legal concepts into practical business recommendations.
    • Coordinate international legal matters involving multiple stakeholders, jurisdictions, and external counsel.

Profile

  • Master's degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification.
  • A few years of experience gained within an international corporate environment.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Experience managing cross-border corporate governance matters.
  • Good understanding of commercial law, compliance, competition law, data protection, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in an international setting.
  • Excellent analytical, drafting, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent French and English are required; additional European languages are considered an asset.

What's on Offer

  • Broad and varied legal responsibilities within a dynamic multinational environment.
  • Close collaboration with senior business leaders and international stakeholders.
  • Opportunity to work on strategic projects, corporate transactions, and cross-border initiatives.
  • A collaborative culture that values pragmatic and commercially minded legal support.
