Make the World a Little Safer

Launch your career in auditing by contributing to national and international audit projects. Learn from experienced colleagues and play a direct role in ensuring stakeholders trust financial reporting. This is genuine responsibility from day one.

What Awaits You

  • Direct Client Contact: Contribute meaningfully to the audit of group and annual financial statements in accordance with Swiss and international accounting standards. Work directly with clients on-site, in the office, or from home.
  • Fast-Track Career Path: Benefit from a structured career path with continuous training in professional and social competencies, as well as support for your qualification as a federally certified auditor.
  • Diverse Tasks with Growing Responsibility: Face new challenges daily. Depending on the mandate, support process understanding, analyze balance sheet and income statement positions, perform control checks, detail tests, and inventories. As you gain experience, independently conduct client interviews, apply analytical audit procedures, and coordinate tasks with the extended team.
  • Modern Way of Working: Utilize the audit tool OMNIA, which integrates AI-supported technologies to perform risk-based and data-driven audits. Develop skills in data analysis and digital audit methods that are essential in modern auditing.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in business administration, ideally with a focus on audit, accounting, finance, or controlling, plus initial practical experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills, quick comprehension, and enjoyment in solving complex tasks efficiently and precisely.
  • A positive, results-oriented attitude and willingness to take responsibility and find individual solutions for clients.
  • Motivation to complete the training as a federally certified auditor.
  • Excellent German and good English skills.

Additional Strengths

  • Practical experience in audit, accounting, fiduciary services, or finance/controlling.
  • Excel skills, data analysis, and data management, including a secure handling of data and affinity for modern analysis tools and technologies.
  • Organizational talent and structured thinking, maintaining an overview of multiple tasks while communicating progress and challenges transparently and proactively.
