Live-Out Nanny Position in Vandœuvres, Geneva

BeeBoo is seeking an experienced, warm, and proactive nanny to join a family in Vandœuvres for a permanent, long-term position. The goal is to establish a genuine relationship of trust with the children and the family. The family is expecting their second child in November 2026, and the ideal candidate will join as soon as possible at approximately 50% capacity. This allows for a gradual integration into the family routine and the building of a strong bond with the eldest child before transitioning to a full-time role following the baby's arrival.

Role and Responsibilities

The family is looking for a loving, gentle, and caring individual who is naturally comfortable with children and possesses solid experience caring for newborns. You will enjoy caring for a 5-year-old child, engaging them through creative activities, games, outings, and age-appropriate pursuits that support their development.

Beyond childcare, the role requires a genuine family-oriented mindset. You should be proactive, organized, and able to anticipate the family's needs without always waiting for instructions. While the family employs separate housekeeping staff, you will contribute to the smooth running of the household by:

• Tidying up after the children and managing general day-to-day organization
• Running small errands
• Organizing and preparing meals, including occasionally preparing dinner for the family

Working Schedule and Flexibility

The position will begin at approximately 50%, with the initial schedule to be agreed upon with the family. This will develop into a full-time position of approximately 40 to 45 hours per week. In the longer term, the schedule will be organized Monday to Friday, with flexibility depending on the family's needs. For example, certain days may occasionally follow a later schedule, such as 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Candidates must be genuinely flexible, as periods may vary in intensity depending on the family's schedule and the children's needs. Occasional evening or weekend babysitting may be offered, and the nanny should be comfortable travelling and flexible enough to occasionally accompany the family on trips.

Profile and Conditions

• Languages: Fluent English required, plus Arabic or German
• Experience: Proven experience caring for newborns is essential
• Driving: A valid driving licence and own car are required
